Sometimes called custom by other builders, a semi-custom home is a predesigned floor plan that allows for select modifications and some flexibility for personalization. We want to work with you and make the house yours, but we want to help give you a foundation to work off of and help control costs.
Custom Homes
A custom home is built completely unique to you. Everything, down to the floor plan, is your decision, and you are completely involved in every step of the process. Robinson Properties intentionally limits these luxury custom home builds to 1–2 per year, so each project gets full attention from design through completion.
